Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, promotions and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Express Post: 1–4 business days
Standard Post: 2–8 business days

International (Australia Post)

Standard International: Estimated delivery timeframes vary by destination.
Express International: Available for selected destinations at checkout.

New Zealand: 3–7 business days
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 6–12 business days
Rest of the World: 6–15 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, peak shipping periods and the shipping service selected at checkout.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are calculated at checkout through our shipping partner, Zonos. If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, they may be payable upon arrival in your destination country.

The Source Mode is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authority.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges or an incorrect delivery address, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Returned Shipments

If an international parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, the recipient could not be contacted, or the parcel was refused, any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund before it is processed.
